Abia Pensioners protests against Governor Alex Otti over plans to shortchange them | #NwokeukwuMascot

Pensioners in Abia State are currently protesting at the Ministry of Finance in Abia State over plans by the Governor of  Dr Alex Otti to shortchange them.

It was gathered that some of the pensioners received quarter of what is monthly due to them.

Protesting Retirees

For instance, a pensioner whose pension is N80,000 was paid N20,000 by the Abia State Government.

The pensioners said the development is unacceptable to them.
