Abia PDP Congratulates Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on Michael Okpara Leadership Award | #NwokeukwuMascot

The Abia State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to former Governor Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu on his recent recognition with the prestigious Michael Okpara Leadership Award, also known as the Premier’s Prize.






We had previously reported that Dr. Ikpeazu, the immediate past Governor of Abia State, was honored with this award during a ceremony held in Abuja. The award was presented by Clement David Ebri, a former Governor of Cross River State, and was accepted on Dr. Ikpeazu’s behalf by Mr. Enyinnaya Appolos.






This congratulatory message was conveyed in a press statement signed by Elder Abraham Amah, Head of the Abia PDP Media Team.





Titled “Abia PDP Congratulates Former Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on the Michael Okpara Leadership Award,” the party emphasized that this award is a reflection of Dr. Ikpeazu’s exemplary service and performance during his tenure as governor, noting that his contributions have not gone unnoticed.






The statement reads, “The Abia PDP extends its heartfelt congratulations to the former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, on being honored with the prestigious Michael Okpara Leadership Award, the Premier's Prize.







“This recognition is a testament to Dr. Ikpeazu's exemplary service and leadership during his tenure as Governor. His commitment to the development and progress of our great state has left a lasting impact, and this award is a well-deserved acknowledgment of his contributions to society.






“We commend Mr. Enyinnaya Appolos for representing Dr. Ikpeazu at this distinguished ceremony in Abuja and appreciate the recognition of Dr. Michael Okpara's legacy, which continues to inspire us all to uphold the values of excellent leadership and community service.
