The Former Niger-delta militant and Founder, Niger-Delta People Volunteer Force, NDPVF, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, has cautioned the leader of moribund Movement for the Emancipation of Niger-Delta, MEND, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, who the Federal Government awarded a N48 Billion pipeline surveillance contract, last month, and soldiers working with him, to keep away from oil pipelines in his Kalabari territory, Rivers State.

The complain of Concerned parent Forum (for School of Nursing and Midwifery in Abia) which was directed to Gov. Alex Otti and copied to security agencies across the state, prompted the investigation which was stalled by Mrs. Nwankego's non-appearance leading to her arrest and detention.
