The Azuogwugwu born philanthropist cum politician in Obingwa local government area and the PDP candidate for Obingwa West Constituency (Uhie), Abia State House of Assembly in the 2023 General Elections, Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu, (Igodo) has shown commitment and competence that he will change the narrative when elected. Truly, he is a candidate that excites his constituents.

This renowned philanthropist, before now has built and donated 31 houses to the less privileged in his Constituency. This is geared towards the wellbeing of his people and bringing succour to those who cannot afford it.

Igodo Igwe Skill Acquisition Programme recently graduated hundred(100) of Uhie Youths in Hair Dressing, Baking, Photography, Liquid Soap Making, Sewing, Tie & Dye, Make-Up, etc, with the aim of empowering the youths and women to be safe reliant for the progress of the Constituency.

Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu, (Igodo) has been a helping hand to many. His numerous achievements are testimony in his Constituency. Hon. Erondu, is a candidate that excites his people.

The complain of Concerned parent Forum (for School of Nursing and Midwifery in Abia) which was directed to Gov. Alex Otti and copied to security agencies across the state, prompted the investigation which was stalled by Mrs. Nwankego's non-appearance leading to her arrest and detention.
