JUST IN: Unknown Gunmen reportedly storm secondary school, kill three police officers, injure student in Abia | #NwokeukwuMascot



Unidentified gun men on Monday morning, May 2, reportedly stormed a secondary school in Obohia, Ukwa West LGA of Abia State and killed three police officers.

The gunmen were said to have opened fire on the yet-to-be-identified policemen, killing three of them on the spot. 

It was gathered that a student of the school (name withheld) was also hit by a stray bullet but survived and currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.

The complain of Concerned parent Forum (for School of Nursing and Midwifery in Abia) which was directed to Gov. Alex Otti and copied to security agencies across the state, prompted the investigation which was stalled by Mrs. Nwankego's non-appearance leading to her arrest and detention.
