 Simon Ekpa

The Senate has condemned in totality the sit at home order in the South east and the nefarious activities of the gang leader of a notorious group Simon Ekpa.

It also urges the federal government to collaborate with the Finnish government to extradite Simon Ekpa for prosecution.

The resolutions are sequel to a motion sponsored by Senator Osita Izunaso, Senate presiding officers and all the senators from the south east geopolitical zone which enumerated the human and economic losses recorded as a result of the illegal sit at home order.

Senate calls for thorough investigation by  relevant stakeholders  to bring the other sponsors to book.
