The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in umuahia the Abia state Capital have sacked Hon Munchim Alozie of the Labour Party as the member representing Osisioma/Obingwa/Ugwunagbo federal Constituency.

In petition by Hon Michael Ibe Nwoke of the YPP, the tribunal ordered for a rerun.
