The Nigeria police force has announced that Azeez Fashola, widely known by his stage name Naira Marley, has been taken into custody for interrogation and other investigation.


Announcing the arrest of the controversial Nigerian musician the Police authorities said he is in custody for investigation and interrogation with the trending hashtag, #JusticeForMohbad.


The NigeriaPolice in their verified Facebook account wrote: “Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley has been taken into custody for interrogation and other investigation activities”.
