ABHA 2023: Good Leadership Never Stops.

Leadership isn’t a destination, it’s a journey — Something that have to be worked at regularly throughout your career, regardless of what level you reached

It’s beyond self delusion, it’s not imaginary, it’s a practical process, that should be learnt without skipping a step.

One of the qualities of good leadership is effective communication, infact the both are intertwined, none can exist without the other.

The best leaders are skilled communicators, they’re able to communicate in variety of ways, ranging from transmitting information to inspiring others to coaching direct reports Etc..

They are also good listeners and communicates in a wide range of people across roles, geographies, social identities, and more….👇🏾

The today’s leadership role shouldn’t be on the shoulders of those that are yet to have platforms or means of getting to their constituents.

There are other qualities such as Gratitude, Self-awareness(though an inward trait), integrity, delegation etc. It won’t be possible to harness these other skills without effective communication and it’s platforms.

Elder Erondu Uchenna Erondu, the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate for Obingwa west state constituency already has the platform to communicate with his constituents.

He has proven that to all and sundry that he has existing medium of reaching “Ndi Uhie” and beyond, his numerous constituency project wouldn’t have been possible if he doesn’t possess those traits.

His eloquent communication skills will go a long way in helping the primary job of a legislature which is lawmaking, the feed back will give heads on regarding the laws that will favour our people, the good people of Uhie.
