If not Negligence, how else can a non political office holder impeach a sitting speaker | #NwokeukwuMascot

Irrespective of how you may be trailed by emotions or what you feel shouldn’t happen, it was on news that 18 elected Abia state house members sat and impeached Rt Hon Chinedum Orji.


Following this incident, it was further argued that 16 out of the 24 members of the house assembly were signatories to the impeachment. Be it as it may, Majority of the house members can’t convene and signup to such motion if all was going as it should at the 7th house of assembly.


The most embarrassing part of the story is how the supposed honourable speaker and few members of the house accused elder Erondu who is not a member of the state house of Assembly and non-office holder of the recent ordeal.


Engr Orji should stop pointing accusing fingers on innocent people, Hon Erondu is not a member of the house of assembly, neither is the deputy speaker he didn’t want to fly the flag of pdp for Ohafia federal constituency in the just concluded elections.

Those around the embattled speaker should  advise him to mend his ways and act as a honourable member should, he should deploy diplomacy, and sort out issues with his deputy, Rt Hon Uchendu Ifeanyi who he had a working relationship not until the Greek gift of Abiriba first son.


Elder Erondu won his election on fair grounds amidst the Obi wave which our party faced during the last elections, the notion of that one sponsored a candidate against him is nothing but ridiculous and petty in the ears of discerning minds.

Those of us that are known partisan members of our party, the peoples Democratic Party have been advised to key into the spirit of sportsmanship as the outcome of the last elections doesn’t favor us at the moment.


Campaigns and elections are over, it’s frivolous raising an army of e-rats to cook lies and propaganda against another at this time, Adighi Onye Abia state Government house or state house of Assembly bu ohia ofukwu nna ya.
