Abia State, Nigeria - The ACTOR GUILDS OF NIGERIA Abia State Chapter has recently uncovered a fraudulent scheme involving Mr. David Onyebuchi Amalaha and several others, namely Nathaniel Nwoko, Solomon Onyekwere, and Daniel Egwuatu. These individuals have been illegally parading themselves as the duly elected Chairman and Executive Officers of the Abia State Chapter of the ACTORS GUILD OF NIGERIA.


In a statement signed by the Chairman and secretary Interim Government, AGN, Abia State Chapter, Doris Ogala and Moira Mba responding to this concerning development, wishes to notify the general public that neither Mr. David Onyebuchi Amalaha nor the aforementioned individuals have ever been elected as the Chairman and Executive Officers of the Abia State Chapter of ACTORS GUILD OF NIGERIA, despite their false claims.


The ACTOR GUILDS OF NIGERIA Abia State Chapter would like to clarify that Doris Ogala was duly appointed as the Chairman of the Interim Government of the Abia State Chapter of ACTORS GUILD OF NIGERIA on May 26th, 2023. This appointment was made by the resolution of the National Executive Committee of AGN. As the interim Chairman, Doris Ogala will continue to serve in this capacity until new Executives are elected through a proper and duly conducted election.


Alongside Doris Ogala , the National Executive Committee of AGN also appointed Moira Mba as the Secretary and Chybyke Agu as a member of the Interim Government of the AGN Abia State Chapter on the same day.

The general public is hereby cautioned against engaging in any form of business or transaction with Mr. David Onyebuchi Amalaha and his associates, who falsely claim to hold the positions of Chairman or Executive Officers of the Abia State Chapter of ACTORS GUILD OF NIGERIA. Any individual or group who chooses to deal with them does so at their own risk.
