Today, the PDP candidate for Obingwa West State Constituency, Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu, paid a condolence visit to the family of late Chief Ben Nwankpa, former Obingwa TC Chairman  at his country home in Mgboko Okpulo. 

Hon Erondu signed the condolence register and also consoled the wife of Chief Nwankpa and the entire family, describing his death as a huge loss to the people of Obingwa.

He recalled that Chief Nwankpa was a socialite with a unique charisma which endeared him to all and sundry.

The complain of Concerned parent Forum (for School of Nursing and Midwifery in Abia) which was directed to Gov. Alex Otti and copied to security agencies across the state, prompted the investigation which was stalled by Mrs. Nwankego's non-appearance leading to her arrest and detention.
