JUST IN: Accident Blocks Road In Anambra.

An accident at Abba-Ukpo junction along the Onitsha-Enugu Expressway near the Dunukofia Local Government Secretariat in Anambra State on Thursday made the road impassable.

The accident, which happened on the Awka-bound lane involved an interstate commercial bus, one SUV and a loaded fuel tanker.

Due to the accident, motorists had to make use of the Onitsha-bound lane which is in deplorable condition.

The complain of Concerned parent Forum (for School of Nursing and Midwifery in Abia) which was directed to Gov. Alex Otti and copied to security agencies across the state, prompted the investigation which was stalled by Mrs. Nwankego's non-appearance leading to her arrest and detention.
