Justice M N Yunusa has ruled  that the selection process leading to the emergence of labour party members elect and it’s only Governor-elect, Alex Otti, did not comply with the requirements stipulated in the 2022 electoral act.

The Court maintained in paragraph 5 of it's Judgement that  Labour Party’s failure to submit its membership register to INEC at least 30 days prior to their primaries rendered the votes casted for them useless.

As at the time of this report, their prayers has not been granted by the Court.
