Court Jails Man For Stealing Bible In Abuja | #NwokeukwuMascot

A 30-year-old painter named Zakaraya Usman has been sentenced to two months imprisonment by a Grade I Area Court in Kabusa, Abuja, for theft.

Usman was found guilty of stealing four Bibles, 124 church membership forms, bottled water, and Caprisonne drinks.

According to the Prosecution Counsel, O. S. Osho, the Chief Security Officer of Living Faith Church, Durumi I branch, David Usman, reported the incident to the Durumi Police Station.

It was alleged that Usman unlawfully entered the church premises and stole three mini Bibles, one large Bible, two bottles of water, 14 Caprisonne drinks, 18 testimonial certificates, 124 church membership forms, security jackets, two shirts, two handkerchiefs, bags, and some cash.

During the police investigation, all the stolen items were recovered from the defendant.
