FG Declares Wednesday and Thursday As Public Holiday For Eid-El Kabir | #NwokeukwuMascot
The Federal Government has declared Wednesday, June 28 and Thursday, June 29 as Public Holiday to mark this year’s El-el-Kabir celebration and felicitates with Muslims home and abroad.
A statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Oluwatoyin Akinlade, enjoined Muslims and all Nigerians to make sacrifices for the growth and development of the country.
“We are hopeful that the prayers and sacrifices that come with this great celebration as well as the message of Eid-ei-Kabir will bring about peace, unity and progress in Nigeria. Happy Eid-el-Kabir to all Nigerians!”. It ended.
Following this development. Many Nigerian internet users or netizens has expressed sadly how they will rest two days towards weekend and finally work on the last day.
