 Football, known as the beautiful game, has long been a source of joy and entertainment for fans around the world. But for the Enyimba FC Foundation and the Kanu Heart Foundation, it is also a powerful tool for creating positive change in our community.

In a heartwarming gesture, the entire Enyimba FC team, led by the chairman, recently visited the St. Anthony's Hospital in Aba. They were joined by members of the technical crew, board members, staff, and players, all coming together to spread love and bring smiles to the faces of patients during the holiday season.

In a recent post on the official Facebook page of Enyimba FC, it was said that the visit was just one of the many initiatives organized by the Enyimba FC Foundation as they continue to use football as a means to make a difference in the lives of others. With the hashtag #FootballandLove, they are showing that the beautiful game can have a beautiful impact beyond the pitch.

The statement reads in full: “Football is one tool that drives change in our community and we decided to take football outside the pitch.

“Under the Auspices of the Enyimba FC Foundation in collaboration with the Kanu Heart Foundation, the entire Enyimba FC team lead by the chairman alongside members of technical crew, board members, staff and players visited the St. Anthony’s Hospital, Aba.


“This visit was aimed at putting smiles on the faces of patients this Christmas period as part of the activities of the Enyimba Foundation.”

Through their efforts, the Enyimba FC Foundation is proving that sports can go beyond entertainment and serve as a powerful force for good in our community. Let us all join in and spread love through the game of football.
